Yes. We monitor your flight in real-time from the moment you book. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be informed and will adjust pickup time accordingly. There is no extra charge for flight delays.

No problem. We track your flight and adjust the pickup time. Up to 60 minutes of waiting time is included free of charge after your scheduled arrival, calculated from the actual landing time, not the original schedule.

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall of your specific terminal, holding a sign with your name. We service Terminal 1, Terminal 2 (2A-2G), and Terminal 3. The exact meeting point details will be sent to you by email 24 hours before your arrival.

It depends on the vehicle: Mercedes Class E and S accommodate 3 suitcases, Mercedes Class V holds up to 8 suitcases (7 passengers), Range Rover takes 5 suitcases, Rolls-Royce 3 suitcases. For larger luggage needs, we offer a complementary luggage van service.
