These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern the contractual relationship between Star Tourism Services (hereinafter "STS") and any individual or legal entity making a service booking (hereinafter "the Client").
1. Service provider
Star Tourism Services, a SASU with €15,000 share capital, registered with the Paris RCS under number 819 883 521, with registered office at 40 rue Lauriston, 75116 Paris, operates as a private chauffeur passenger transport provider (VTC) under license number EVTC075162889.
2. Purpose
These ToS define the conditions under which STS provides its private chauffeur transport services (VTC), including:
- Airport transfers (CDG, Orly, Le Bourget, Beauvais)
- Private day tours (Versailles, Mont-Saint-Michel, Loire Valley, Champagne, Normandy, Giverny)
- Private chauffeur service (half-day, full-day, multi-day)
3. Acceptance of the ToS
Any booking made with STS implies the Client's full and unreserved acceptance of these ToS. The applicable ToS are those in force on the booking date.
4. Bookings
4.1 Booking channels
Bookings can be made:
- Through our website (www.startourismeservices.com)
- By phone or WhatsApp (+33 6 98 98 33 11)
- By email (contact@startourismeservices.com)
4.2 Booking lead time
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the service. STS may accept bookings on shorter notice subject to availability.
4.3 Confirmation
Each booking is confirmed by a summary email including: date, time, pickup location, vehicle, total price including tax, and driver details (sent 24h before the service).
5. Prices
5.1 Pricing
Prices are stated in euros (€), all taxes included (10% VAT applicable to passenger transport). Prices shown on the site are flat-rate or indicative depending on the service.
5.2 Personalized quotes
For certain services, a personalized quote is issued within 1 business hour. The quote is valid for 7 days from issuance.
5.3 Surcharges
Surcharges may apply in the following cases:
- Wait time exceeding the free allowance (60 min for airport transfers)
- Overtime in case of exceeding the booked duration, charged in 30-minute increments at the rate of the chosen vehicle
- Journeys exceeding the package perimeter
5.4 Overtime rates
In case of exceeding the booked duration, overtime is charged in 30-minute increments at the following rates (10% VAT included):

6. Payment
6.1 Accepted payment methods
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Bank transfers
- Corporate accounts (invoiced)
6.2 Payment security
Online payments are secured via the 3D Secure protocol. No banking data is stored on our servers.
6.3 Invoicing
An invoice is systematically issued and sent by email after each service.
7. Cancellation and modification
7.1 Cancellation by the Client
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, dated transport services do not benefit from the 14-day cooling-off right.
Cancellation conditions are as follows:
- More than 48 hours before the service: full refund
- Between 12 and 48 hours before the service: 50% of the amount charged
- Less than 12 hours before the service: 100% of the amount charged
7.2 No-show
If the Client fails to appear at the agreed place and time, without prior cancellation, the service is charged at 100%.
7.3 Modification
Any modification must be requested in writing (email) at least 24 hours before the service. STS will endeavor to accommodate the request where possible.
7.4 Cancellation by STS
In case of cancellation by STS due to force majeure (exceptional weather, technical failure, etc.), the Client is fully refunded. STS cannot be held liable for any indirect loss (missed flight, missed appointment, etc.).
8. Client obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information when booking
- Comply with agreed schedules
- Behave respectfully toward the driver
- Not smoke, vape or consume alcohol in the vehicle (unless expressly agreed)
- Not transport dangerous, illegal or harmful items
- Compensate STS for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service
9. STS obligations
STS undertakes to:
- Provide vehicles in perfect cleanliness and maintenance condition
- Provide professional drivers holding the VTC license
- Comply with agreed schedules within the limits of traffic conditions
- Guarantee absolute confidentiality of conversations and movements
- Track flights in real-time for airport transfers
10. Liability
10.1 Insurance
STS holds professional liability insurance compliant with the legal requirements applicable to private chauffeur passenger transport.
10.2 Limitation
STS's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the service. STS cannot be held liable for any indirect loss arising from delays due to external causes (exceptional traffic conditions, demonstrations, force majeure events).
10.3 Lost items
STS declines all responsibility for items, documents or luggage forgotten in vehicles. The Client is invited to check carefully before leaving the vehicle. In case of reported loss, STS will endeavor to retrieve and return the items as soon as possible (any return shipping costs at the Client's expense).
11. Personal data
Personal data collected as part of bookings is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: /legal/privacy.
12. Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Client may use the following mediation service free of charge:

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent French courts.
14. Amendments to the ToS
STS reserves the right to amend these ToS at any time. The applicable ToS are those in force on the booking date.
